Turkestan Shrike
Lanius phoenicuroides
I suspect this is likely to be a first winter Turkestan Shrike (L. phoenicuroides), rather than Daurian Shrike (L. isabellinus) due to:

Strongly barred crown

Striking white supercilium (and forehead)

Cold grey tone of brown upperparts, with only the rump and uppertail noticeably warmer rufous
-
Cold white underparts lacking any significant warmer buff-coloured areas

Prominent white sub-terminal 'spades' on greater and, particularly, median coverts
