Yellow-headed (Yellow) Wagtail
Motacilla flava lutea

(Above) Umm Bab, Qatar, 06 April 2013 (EOS 7D, 300mm f2.8 + 2x Extender)

Not a classic lutea, but I'm not sure what else it might be this far east, other than a hybrid. Note the remnants of the immature neck braces and central breast 'V', highly reminiscent of immature alba/citreola Wagtails. So perhaps it is a first-summer Yellow-headed Wagtail that has yet to develop the fully mature, classic lutea head pattern? Or maybe it is a lutea x citreola hybrid.
