Marsh Warbler
(Above) Note the longest left-hand tertial extending well past the longest secondary on the left wing; the emargination on P3 of the left wing aligning approximately between the tips of P7 or P8; the yellow-olive brown rump with no obvious rufous tones; the pale dusky tips to the tail feathers. ...And here's a fuzzy Reed Warbler below for direct comparison:
