Desert Wheatear
Oenanthe deserti

(Above) Al Ruwais, Qatar, 05 October 2012 (EOS 7D, 300mm f2.8 + 2x Extender)

Despite its usual extreme tameness as a vagrant in the UK (for example this autumn's individual in Sussex), this is proving to be the single most difficult wheatear to approach and photograph - being highly skittish and always keeping a wary distance.
