Eastern Mourning Wheatear
Oenanthe lugens

(Above) Al Ruwais, Qatar, 18 February 2013 (EOS 7D, 300mm f2.8 + 2x Extender)

With the ongoing influx of black and white male Pied Wheatears, it'll be interesting to see if we continue to pick out this charismatic species - in which both make and female alike sport black and white plumage (unlike Western Mourning Wheatear, aka Magreb Wheatear in which the female is very different).
