Spectacled Teal

Possibly an Andean Teal, but the green speculum in the top image suggests otherwise - this should be blue in Andean Teal; and presumably the bill is not fully mature yet as the base and sides are normally yellow in adult Spectacled Teal. Opinions welcome.
