Whinchats and Northern Wheatears

Most migrants from the early September influx have now cleared out, but a day-total of 12 Whinchats, 13 Northern Wheatears, 4 Willow Warblers, 2 Blackcaps, 6 Common Whitethroats was welcome. Mind you, with 7 Whinchats and 2 Wheatears in this one location (all 9 birds can just about be seen here on the fence), the day seemed a lot more sparse.
